What began as a single yacht owner’s passion project quickly revealed the true complexity of maintaining a vessel at the level it deserves. A hull repaint led to teak replacement, which led to mechanical upgrades, timelines, contractors, and constant decision-making. What was once a dream became an overwhelming responsibility.

That owner was not new to the marine world. Our founder, Jason Roe, had already spent decades working in and around yachts, yet even with experience, balancing yacht maintenance alongside work and family proved demanding. It became clear that if seasoned owners struggled to manage their vessels properly, a better, more professional solution was needed.
